"Go go, scarecrow"

Films: Husk (2011)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Scarecrows are just one Hell of a go-to when you're out of ideas for creepy serial killers. Their baggy lifelessness, the fact that farming equipment is actually quite dangerous, and their odd expressions make for quite the get-up. A disturbed farm boy certainly thought so.

History: Alex Comstock was the eldest twin in a family of farmers living in Nebraska. He was something of a bystander as his brother Cory suffered extreme abuse from the father. Enraged by his brother's leniency, Cory killed Alex and had him stuffed in a scarecrow. But Alex's spirit lived through the raggedy thing, and after Cory killed himself, Alex remained to pick off anyone who dared venture near his farm, and turn their corpses into scarecrows as well.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After turning just about everyone into scarecrows, Alex ends up leaving only one survivor, who has to bear witness to a couple most likely about to suffer the same experience he had...

Powers/Abilities: Can possess dead bodies, though he prefers to possess them when they're converted by him into scarecrows. He can also control murders of crows, and conjure vile illusions.

Weakness: He can only possess one body at a time, and is restricted from going anywhere farther from the cornfield.

Scariness Factor: 4-Alex may not be the worst scarecrow in cinema, but he's a definite contender when it comes to how horrifying they can be. He's a ghost, he's a trickster, and more importantly, he's a major spiller of blood. Be thankful he only possesses the dead.

Trivia: -Alex was played by Nick Toussaint, who would later go on to do motion-capture work for fighting games by Neverrealm Studios.

-Although filmed in 2009, this film was delayed by two years for some reason.
